While we’re the clubhouse for Big Red Cats guests to unwind in during après ski, we’re definitely open and welcoming to everyone!
Michelle and her morning crew will welcome you in the morning with espresso and muffins, full bacon-and-egg brekkie, avocado toast, or loaded waffles, or grab a bacon & egger to go, on your way to the lifts or the snowcats.
Scott and Scottie are your evening chefs, starting with local beer on tap from the Rossland Beer Company and Trail Brewery, with après-ski shared snacks and tapas, merging into a full healthy dinner menu and wine and cocktail list. And the shot-ski, if it’s going to be one of those nights.

The kitchen is open until 9, but will close early if there is no action, or stay open later by request, so reservations are strongly recommended.
